We have installation Teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Airlie Beach. These people have been

trained in the efficient and professional execution of our decorating systems.

 

WHY YOU SHOULD USE OUR INSTALLATION SERVICE

(1) 100% RELIABILITY

Since 2003 we have installed props and decorations for over 2000 events.

During this time our people have negotiated all kinds of obstacles

(Fire, Floods, Sickness, Road Closures, Flight Cancellations, Freight System Failures etc.)

 to achieve 100% reliability.

(2) DAMAGE

Avoid the responsibility of Damaging the props during Installation and Pack-down. Although our decorating systems

are easy to use the possibility of dropping, standing on or scratching the props or

venue infrastructure is still significant...especially for non industry users.

Employing our installation service will  not require the

payment of a BOND (which is required when HIRING).

(3) TIME

We have calculated a professional installation time for each prop and have identified that approximately

8hrs (or 4 hrs for 2 people) is required to install $1000 worth of props. For the uninitiated this could take up to

twice as long...have you got the people and the time?

(4) RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

If your event is larger (e.g. $3000-$5000 worth of props) it may require the employment and co-ordination of

extra people depending how long the venue is willing to give you access. Our INSTALLATION Service includes

liaising with the venue and ensuring that any logistical problems are resolved.

(5) CONVENIENCE

Most venues require an immediate pack-up so that they can prepare the venue for a function the next morning.

Our INSTALLATION SERVICE includes a midnight pack-up, which is usually very undesirable from the clients

point of view...especially if you have been part of the festivities.

(6) COST

We charge $500+gst per $1000 worth of props.
